Completion of acquisition of Brascabos
Solartech International Holdings Ltd. (ˇ§the Companyˇ¨) has completed the acquisition of the entire interest of Brascabos Componentes Eletricos e Eletronicos Ltda. (ˇ§Brascabosˇ¨). Brascabos is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group.
